They have special, holistic beauty product lines in use, combining grapevine`s rich botanical properties to the experience of blissful calm, with significant results on the skin appearance. With a plethora of available services, including mud baths, aromatherapy and the mineral bath, there is something for everyone. Guests couldn't stop raving about the excellent service provided by the attentive staff and many noted that the massages they received were some of the best they'd ever had. The mineral pools were a particular highlight and guests can't wait for the mud baths to resume. However, a few guests noted that their spa experience wasn't perfect - some had issues with the chlorinated water, while others were locked out of the hot pool and had to run around in the cold to find someone to let them in. A few guests also mentioned sharing a massage room with a loud stranger. Overall, guests were impressed with the stellar spa services at Dr Wilkinsons Backyard Resort and Mineral Springs.

Families can also enjoy the family spa experience together. For those who bring their furry friends, the Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa, a JdV by Hyatt Hotel is grateful to offer a dog-friendly spa where guests can soak in the hot mineral water. The spa was closed at one point, but guests hope to enjoy more of it the next time they visit. The only downside seems to be the cost of the spa, but guests still appreciate the spa's location and the overall amazing experience it provides.
